Mobility is the foundation of any well-executed movement. It is what allows the body to move with freedom, control, and strength through its full natural range.
Developing mobility is not just about stretching — it is teaching the body to be functional, stable, and efficient in every position. When mobility improves, performance increases, the risk of injury decreases, and movement becomes natural again, as it should be.

True strength comes from consistency, technique, and the connection between mind and body. It is what allows us to move, support, and endure — inside and outside training.

Endurance is the ability to keep going when the body starts wanting to stop. It’s what keeps the pace steady, the focus sharp, and the breathing under control, even when fatigue sets in. Training endurance isn’t just about improving stamina — it’s about strengthening the heart, the mind, and the discipline that pushes us a little farther each time.

We’ve answered some of the most frequently asked questions to help you start off on the right foot
How old are the students?
We have students aged 18 to 76
I have no experience at all in the gym. Is that a problem?
No. The exercises are all adapted to each person's physical condition.
How do group classes work?
They are offered to groups of up to 5 people. In 30 minutes, you’ll train intensely with your teammates, doing functional exercises using your own body weight.
What are functional exercises?
These are movements you’re already used to doing in your daily life, such as sitting, jumping, or running
How long are the classes?
We just need you to commit to 30 minutes
What materials do I need to bring?
Sports clothing and footwear, water and, if you want, a small towel.
I haven't trained in years. Can I still go anyway?
Yes — the workout is adapted to all physical conditions, including injuries and fitness levels, for men and women of any age
When do the classes take place?
Monday to Friday. At 8:00, 11:30, 13:00, 15:00, 18:00 and 18:30. Saturdays and Sundays at 11:30
