How functional training changed
my life — and can change yours too

Heartbiit was born in June 2025 with a simple idea:

To create a space without barriers where anyone could feel alive again.


Regardless of age.
Of gender.
Of physical condition.
Of insecurities.
Or the injuries they carry.


Today, there are already more than 50 of us training regularly.


Different people. Different stories. Different bodies.

But all with something in common:
The desire to live better in everyday life.


Before training regularly, I felt like I was on autopilot.


I ran from time to time, paid for a gym membership… but the sofa always won.


I was tired of myself.


Without direction, without energy, just wanting to disappear into the depths of the days.

People who never liked gyms train here.

People who spent years without moving.


People who lost confidence in their own bodies.


And people who just needed a group that wouldn't judge them.


But people who already trained hard also train here.

CrossFit.

Hyrox.

Hybrid training.

Pilates.

Running.

Traditional gym.


Many arrive here already used to discipline and intensity — and they stay for the group's energy, the effectiveness of the workouts, and the way it all fits into real life.


At Heartbiit, it doesn't matter if you are fast, strong, or experienced.


What matters is showing up.

Moving your body.

Gaining energy.

Building discipline.


Evolving a little bit every day.

The workouts are outdoors.

Short. Intense. And effective.


Designed for those who don't like to waste time, but want to feel real results in body and mind.


Here, we don't need to show off that we train hard. The methodology speaks for itself.


Each workout is developed to give the body exactly the stimulus it needs — whether it's mobility, strength, endurance, conditioning, or recovery.

On average, each session allows you to burn between 300 and 600 calories during the workout, in addition to the post-workout energy consumption created by the HIIT method used.



When I embraced a new movement routine, I felt alive again.


I began to listen to my body, understand my limits… and go beyond many of them.


I discovered strength, agility, and a confidence I didn’t even know existed. My body changed — but the biggest impact was inside.


Today, my purpose is to guide anyone who is ready to take the first step.

The methodology?

At Heartbiit we combine different approaches:

CrossFit.

Functional training.

Hybrid training.

HIIT.

Mobility.

And physiotherapy principles.


All adapted for real people, with different goals, rhythms, and limitations.


We train in Summer and Winter.

In heat, wind, or rain.


Because transformation doesn't just happen when everything is perfect.

It happens when you keep going anyway.


And that's why here it's almost impossible:

Not to grow.

Not to evolve.

Not to gain confidence.

Not to feel a change in your life.


Heartbiit is not for those who just pay for a routine.

It's for those who use that routine in their daily lives.

For those who want more energy when waking up.

More mental clarity.

More emotional strength.

More confidence.

More life.

More than training, we created a community.


A place where people support each other, push one another, and discover abilities they already had — but were asleep.

This is just the beginning.
